So we have had all manner of Critter attempt to nest up next to our home, digging DEEP Burrows, making incessant mess with dirt or poop makes me wonder are we looking at a Early and a Hard winter where they would forego fear of Human and do this? Current Unwanted Guest is at Front Porch AGAIN, Groundhog, BIG One. Was sitting less than 20' off the walk to the porch as the other one and I went to get my .22, it was gone but heard a noise under a rose bush at the porch and there beneath was the burrow. Vinegar and Pest Control odor release materials placed IN The Burrow entry so far, but no exit yet.

| I have some LARGE raccoons that have burrowed under my house. I've been baiting a live trap, but they seem pretty smart and have avoided it. Not sure what to do to get rid of them at this point. |

Had six in the yard the other night as readied to go to work early, lit off the Porch/Front Yard Spot Lamps and there they were, scattered like Dump Rats they are. .22 is the venerable answer.

Groundhog left at some point, Burrow and disturbed soil no further tracks, buried the hole and no activity. Last couple days spotted a number of Bald Eagles about the carcasses on Hwy 19 then today had a Northen Harrier sitting on a 6" Wooden Fence Post behind the house, Male, blotchy yellow orange on white breast feathers, bluegray back feathering, defined Falcon like head, about 10" Tall. Have plenty vermin for these all to feed on with the Red Tailed and Red Shouldered Hawks.

. Use a flexible exhaust pipe down the burrow, seal, find the exit and cover that. Run ten minutes. Problem solved. More reliable than .22. . |

I knew an older couple a few years ago that put an excessive amount of moth balls under their porch to keep out unwanted creatures. They put so many that you easily smell those moth balls in their living room and a few days later, the lady got sick - turns out the moth balls made her that way |

Bait that live trap with crunchy Cheetos and marshmallows. I caught 5 raccoons 5 consecutive days and they all looked identical. Good luck! ------------- It's the color tractor my grandpa had! |
