I bought a stack mover that the bed chains are driven hydraulic. Hooked it up to my 8030 and the chains ran super slow. Had local mechanic flow test my remotes and it's only doing 3 gpm at any pressure up to 2600 psi. I put a 3000 psi gauge on at the pto valve tee, and I am getting idle circuit pressure of 410 psi, if I activate a remote that has nothing connected the idle circuit pressure jumps to 2600. Talked to local dealership service manager and he suggested looping each box to make it flow without restriction, and toggle the remotes to try and unstick the valve that runs the swash plate. After doing so local mechanic put flow meter back on and when I opened a valve it maxed his meter out at 20 gpm, the instant he started to restrict the flow to test pressure it went back to 3 gpm. We tried all previous things and can not get more than 3 gpm at any box now. What's wrong with this thing?

It sounds like a piston pump issue. I'm thinking the rotating barrel must be lifting off the end housing when enough pressure is made. When I was younger I'd have a pump like that off the tractor and scattered on the bench in no more than one hours time. That's what I'd be doing if it was mine. Once the pump is removed, but NOT disassembled, see how difficult it is to turn the shaft. It should turn hard enough to require a pair of pliers to rotate it. If it turns easy, it's what I suspect. Something wrong with the coil spring pressure system or a badly worn barrel and end plate.
