overmanbuildingssupply.com sells building & house kits out of Arkansas.
These are stud frame buildings(no pole barns)  that are 95% precut , studs, trusses, tin, trim etc.
8, 10 &12’ heights.   Their prices are very competitive.   They will only ship 5 or 6 hours from Pocahontas Ar.
I bought a 36x24 with a 10” lean to.   Excellent company to deal with.
BTW this is a NONPAID recommendation

Lots of talk about the need for more housing... someone is going to figure out a better house made cheaper and make a fortune.

Way back when you could order a full house delivered from SEARS - a mail order house shipped by rail to your local siding .
Advances now to ship by truck of panelized houses (factory assembled) set in place  by truck mounted crane at homesite .
The place I have now came in this way (WICK Building Systems out of WI) in 1970.

I assembled Wausau Homes for a while. They were a competitor of Wick Homes.

Dave }  Back when I built the two companies were similar but WICK was a little more finished and higher value with sheetrock where WASAU used paneling
Later quality of WASAU went up and they offered 2 story units also
Unsure if either is still in business now .
When I was driving I use to deliver asphalt to plant by WASAU home building site , covered a large area

I drive past Wausau Homes every day, they are still there.
I am putting up a house that Cleary Post frame is doing. A large garage attached to the house. Cleary is doing the exterior as a pole barn and I will finish the interior.
