I had the manifold sand blasted this weekend and looks really good.
My question is how do you get them to look black after blasting.
Are they painted with high temp paint or powder coated.

I blasted and painted my 45 headers 15 years ago. taped and painted the intake portions orange and the exhaust with black header paint. The black portions still burned and rusted. I dind't use the whole can of header paint. Maybe that was my problem.

Must be what I used on my D 15 manifold. It still looks pretty good to me. Good luck 🤞
