I am not for 100% certain but I think it is a tool for terminating fence fabric, or barbed wire strand by wrapping a bitter end around another section of fence, or fabric. ------------- That's All Folks! |

It is for putting screen in aluminum window frames. The flat strip pushes the screen down into the groove. The rubber rope goes through the hole. The curved finger forces the rope down into the groove locking the screen in place. ------------- Looking at the past to see the future. '53 WD, '53 WD45, WD snap coupler field cultivator, #53 plow,'53 HD5B dozer Duct tape.... Can't fix stupidity. But will muffle the sound of it! |
