They are out there but are very speedy! Like $1500. If I had one I don't know if I would keep it for the cool or sell it for the easy cash?

| They hold more oil and look COOL !! M & W made turbocharger kits for 4010/20's and 806/856's and they recommended this aluminum oil pan to keep the engine oil cooler as it had cooling fins made into its sides and held another gallon or more of oil. |

Copper beats aluminum for fluid heat dispersion. Hence, the better radiators usually contain copper cores. But the economics usually favor aluminum which disperses fluid heat far more quicker than most mild steel or cast metals. M&W’s aluminum oil pan was an economical cooling option for most fueled-up 1960s turbocharged diesel tractors. None of which probably contained intercooler/larger radiator that helped confront their inherent excess heat created by turbocharger’s intake air compressor turbine coupled with increased fueling. AC did a good job offering various higher hp diesel engines equipped with piston cooling, oil coolers, & intercooler systems. |
