I was still shaking my head about 'phase 1' then read the REST of his project.
Would love to watch a 'handyman' actually try to do the project...maybe a realtime youtube video ??

BTW,I know that area of town so think 100 year old house, several 'renos',cast iron pipe, maybe galv for water,lath/plaster, knob and tube, and of course NO permits....needs 5 or 6 at least.

Happy New Year !!

I've been in those situations and you usually don't get paid!!  Also they come along asking for extra stuff to be done and because it wasn't included in the original bid, guess what, you don't get paid for that either.

NOT ME, I get at least half up front for labor and YOU pay for ALL materials.
Yep, I don't imagine he'll get many takers.

kinda obvious 'slum landlord', 'flipper'.....
has several ads going back 3 months, same place..
we do have a HUGE housing shortage in Hamilton due to influx of 'immigrants' AND  masses selling to get OUT of Toronto due to $$$$$$ taxes.
Several  parks are now campgrounds for homeless which is truly sad.
