Some very clean AC tractors on Big Iron, selling from an estate doesn’t appear they put much time into getting them started to sell. Disclaimer about being in a flood but they look pretty clean and appear to have been taken care of. Not affiliated in any way just hate to see them go to scrappers.   Selling under Louis G Bodnar Trust

By scrappers I don’t mean the folks who part out tractors to keep the others running. I mean the folks who cut them up for scrap metal.

They were in 8 ft of water they said. They drained fluids but left plugs out until now so probably junk. Good luck

Dumb question, I suppose, but would water get up on top of those pistons and sit there and freeze? I don’t mean to try to run the tractor down, but I myself am wondering about that 8050. I have an HI block that could be used to rebuild that motor. I’m just dreaming out loud. Sorry for this.

If it was left in them after the flood and froze it could have done all sorts of damage. My guess is the water was drained post flood so the main damage will be rust if they didn’t flush the systems, and replace fluids.

It just looks so good. The hoods and the red filters hanging on the right side of the engine.

My father-in-law would say, take a chance, Columbus, did. Problem is, Columbus played with somebody else’s money.

In pictures they all look nice and clean, but all that takes is to hire someone to power-wash the items. Doesn't mean everything didn't set full of river water.
When was it last flooded in that area.? The last 3 years been pretty dry in eastern Nebraska and western Iowa.

They do look good - was wondering when it flooded also, 8 foot of water means probably tranny, hydraulics,, everything doesnt take long for rust to start

Last big flood in that part of Missouri River was summer 2011, but maybe they were on the Platte River side.
$8650 on the 8050 2 wd.
$6150 on the 7020 2 wd. I didn't have the D19 on my watched list.

If the 8050 was closer, I would have made it bring more.
