Gotta get creative with that zucchini. Had grilled zucchini and venison steak followed by a zucchini bundt cake
Will be 3,2,1 ribs tonight with more zucchini

we slice zuccini in about 1/4 inch slices, placed on a olive oiled foil covered cookie sheet, put a mixture of shredded cheeze and garlic on top, bake at 400 degrees for 15 mins, then place more cheeze on top and broil for 3-4 mins.

I also slice zuc's in 1/4 inch slices that are 14'ered on the flat top grill, cook til mushy, add eggs to them, whole or scrambled, take off grill when eggs are cooked.
