          | Is it ok to use the same hydraulic fluid as the stuff compatible to the 821 allis-chalmers hydraulic/transmission fluid that is used in my bigger 7000 series allis-chalmers tractors?
I'm not sure on correct hydraulic fluid for my 715 allis backhoe.

 Thanks cory

          | Hyd Fluid - I use AW fluid m now the heavier grade 42  and if I have to add any later in year will go to the AW 32 . As the rear differential is made by FORD and has wet brakes , Universal Tractor Fluid , or equivalent  used there ,

          | Any oil should work as long as it's anti foam , anti wear additives . In fact a 10/30 engine oil will work . In my HD5G I got a couple drums of ATF that I used for the hydraulics and it worked fine for years of use . It's more important to check for moisture content in the oil no matter what section of the unit uses oil.
