i have 3 hd 11's......   2 direct drives and 1 power shift..... for simplicity  let's say none will run.....

what would be the most efficient way to sell them if possible......

they are doing no harm now.... so this is just really curiosity on my part.....

has anyone ever sold a none running dozier......   or have any suggestions on the best path.....    thanks......

tractor size ( too big to ship somewhere ?) .... track undercarriage and chain condition.. physical condition of the tractor..... all goes together to determine the price.

On line auctions - things bring big money on there !

I'd say use an online auction. Choose 1 that advertises at least across all of North America. Even parts type equipment has been selling at record prices this year.
Having 3 machines that share components should make the guys that can/will repair a machine get interested in bidding.
My area favorite auctions in Iowa are; Auction Time, Big Iron, and Machinery Pete.

i agree nationwide auction.  Auction time is popular .  Many auction companies will be affiliated with places like hibid that advertise nationally as well.

thanks everyone for the ideas.....  they really help.....

think i will take your advice and get all  3 together and try the auction thing.....

parts are so expensive now days, and hard to find on older dozers.....

can't even imagine what a new set of chains would cost..... or the cargo winches.....

they are not in my way and i don't need the money......  but maybe i can make someones day by letting them go......

thanks again everyone.....

You get one running and start pushing some dirt and you might change your mind on selling them... Just a thought.
