Joes back for another visit. I asked he and the head maintenance to breakfast this morning at the Fire dept. they put on quite a good feed and and and I didn’t forget my wallet. After breakfast we decided to go up the road and look at roaring river park, then we went on a little farther and saw an auction. We poked around there for a while and went on up the road. We saw a junk yard and turned back around and went to see what all they had. Wasn’t long and the three of us were pulling the steering column out of a Chevy truck for Joe and looking at all kinds of good stuff. We left there and went on up the road to Jolly Mill. It’s a pretty place that was once a booming mill. They only grind on the first Saturday of the month so we didn’t get to go inside but we looked it over good. We got back about 3:00 this afternoon. It would be quite a feat to have a better day than we had. |
