Maintenance guys at the factory used to tell me this. Anti-seeze keeps parts from freezing together. It's not a lubricant. Anti-sieze has metallic flakes in it and will create increased wear if used on pivot points. |

shimed it on the loose end of the spec. cause that was the shims I had. Figured .005 was close enough. seeing you have .150 worth of wear material before you get to rivets. brakes work FANTASTIC and ill be able to adjust the brake rod in 5, 10 , 20 years, or probably as long as the tractor is around. antiseze goes on threaded adjustment rod below the brake band and the discs. I've got another 17IV ready to go in the shop for left brake issue.
