Does anyone know if the parts from the 302 and 303 balers are interchangeable?

I believe so. Biggest difference in the 303 has a long tongue and three u-joint PTO shaft.

What parts do you have in mind when asking

There were several parts that changed during production. There are serial number breaks in parts manual. Pickup drive and feeder house drive. There were others that not such a big deal. HTH Tracy

Both are still listed in the Agco parts books (you can access for free online), and it looks like the majority of parts are the same. But you can always look at the parts books at the specific part you need and see if it matches.

If it's knotter parts you're after, they're almost certainly the same as each other, and also the same as New Holland balers of the same era. They all used the same Rasspe knotters.
