I got 30 year old nos rotobaler belts and a drive roller that is haed from being parked in the hedgerow for many many years. Thought belt dressing would help but patient says problem is belts and roller are glazed? Anybody got advice on how to recondition them?

What are the drive rollers covered with ? On a machine I worked on that had rollers covered with different coverings from rubber to a soft polyurethane material and silicone rubber , I took a 6" sanding belt for vertical grinder and cut it in to , then put a handle on each end , 60 grit belt , then just sanded to rollers lite to break glaze ,
The slight roughing the surface made the material going around roller grip some and prevented slippage .

I've done the same thing as Coke. I've also taken a wire brush and lightly brushed the belt surface in several places, not the whole belt, be careful not to scratch the rubber away from the material. scratch a spot and move down the belt a couple feet for another light scratch.

It is a hard rubber that has dried out. No cracks but really shines

When I fixed computer printers (yeah ..1/2 a lifetime ago.....really...) I used a product called 'Rubber Renue'. Used it to clean and renew the rubber roller behind the paper. ( think typewriter construction..). magical stuff, lots of 'smell' to it too ! Did a FANTASTIC job....roller's looked brand new in less than 60 seconds, client's always impressed.

Silicon based lubricant might help.  I used some on a dried up window seal in a tractor cab to make the rubber pliable to change the glass.
