| Son in law and 14yr old grandson just returned from Kansas turkey hunt. Got their limit (2) each on first day. Had a guide. Driving around with uncased guns is legal as long as nothing in chamber! We all are from Illinois.....that was a shocker!! |

YEP... In Illinois you have to have a FIrearms Registration Card (FOID) to buy a box of 22 shells from Wal Mart !! ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

Read yesterday they are nixing the fall hunt due to population decline. Possible spring nest predation. I haven't seen any hens this spring. Have one Tom that hangs around. Beard drags the ground. Big boy. He has 2 juniors that follow him around. I have no interest in killing them. |

Believe most states out west you can drive around with a loaded rifle in the window gun rack . But I have to have my compound bow in a case in a vehicle.
