Anyone else see the auction in Iowa?  Sold a nice original AC barge box and running gear, $
5100.00, $100 more would have bought a 7030 tractor.

Edit  It was the Terry Shedeshelm auction, if you go to Steffes auctions and look at archived auctions you can get all the prices.

Probably the buyer was bidding against the cars out on the interstate and the jets flying overhead. Maybe the groundhogs as well.

If it was fun to pull in LOW gear, I could have a John Deere.
Real pullers don't have speed limits.
If you can't make it GO... make it SHINY

Look at the Auman pre-1930 auction, lots of money changed hands last weekend.  I don't understand a lot of the prices but the biggest head scratcher to me was the kiddie barrel train, made of plastic barrels, but painted nice.  I realize people are pulling some money out of the market but I believe I'd rather have the $4.700 cash than a barrel train.
