Hope this isn't too dumb but what is a V1 pulley? Does it mean 1 groove?

V-pulleys come in different sizes, commonly A-D are the sizes. The 1 may refer to a shaft size, I don't think it is an outer diameter , as it would be way small, even for an A belt...
