Mine has a glob of what looks like J B Weld on it . Doesn't leak so I'm not gonna mess with it . Figure maybe the battery acid ate a hole in it ? Just wondered if anyone else has found similar fixes on a tractor , and how they're holding up ? Thanks !

Anytime I encounter a fuel tank leak, I'll run the tank to the Radiator shop. They boil the tank out, repair the leak and usually recoat the inside. It's well worth having it done right. The tank lasts many many years. I'm on 19 years with the tank on my B.....

Yeah Steve , I'm sure that's the best fix . Don't think we even have a radiator repair shop around here anymore . Had a good one for many years but they closed up a couple years ago . Thanks !
