thats the new pulling tractor ,    i think it would take a six arm man to operate.            but the old boy that got from said that when their dad biult it it done more work in the morning than the pitch fork did all  week                                                                        the sheetmetal and radiator ar in pretty darn good shape no dents in tank but the bottom will need repaired.  the tractor will get persian orange 1  but i think i will polish the radiator top tank

what is the petcock on the side off the oil pan for it has a dip stick

Looks like it has a small starting tank under the hood, so it was a dual fuel tractor. Start on gas and when warmed up switch over to kerosene.  Kerosene would tend to dilute the engine oil raising the level in the pan.  Many tractors of that vintage had a petcock to drain the excess oil down to the proper level.
