Was wondering anyone seen this before,bought this 7040 a few years back and thought, hmm,maybe the owner lost the timing pin plug once and that is his safe gaurdš.fast forward to now ,tractor is getting a make over and i decide the mod is going while im putting new orings in throttle shaft on pump.. Turns out the plug is stripped and that mod holds it in?
