Doesn't look like they would be hard to make.  Get some square head bolts and grind one side down.

The heads are thicker on these factory ones.  Also, I've had a square head bolt that had one side ground down break on me.  One of the Allis vendors used to sell these with the ground down head, and the head split apart for me.

I made my own out of 5/16"X3/4" flat stock. Drilled and tapped a 1/2-13 hole and welded in a piece of all thread. Have two sets on tractors, don't remember how many I made, might have an extra set or two at the farm.
