Just cruising and saw this on an auction. Was this made by Allis? Or just the power unit? Chalmers https://gravesonlineauctions.bidwrangler.com/ui/auctions/93227/10221184" rel="nofollow - https://gravesonlineauctions.bidwrangler.com/ui/auctions/93227/10221184

Defiantly made over to fit on a skid loader.   I'd like to have it .

I can assure you it isn't over powered !!  I have run a 7060 on an 8 ft dual auger PTO snow blower before and 160 HP at times isn't enough.

I think they were meant to go on a payloader.

Most of that style snowblower manufacturerd today buy a power unit engine with a Twin Disc over-center clutch. I'd guess that is what was done to build at time this unit was made.
Fair/Sno Crete of Menno, SD offered Duetz and J.D. @ 150 to 230 hp engines on 84" & 104" models.
