Had a guy tell us that if you put 190 pistons in a 6060 it would start better in winter. Anyone ever heard of this before.

At least on 6080’s there are higher compression ratio pistons a higher ratio piston will help it start much better.

Pistons from/for a 180-185-190-190XT are all 16 to 1 compression ratio. Old original 6060/6080's are 14 to 1.

Wasnt it around 83 Allis stepped up the compression on the 433 to help starting ?
