I have an r76 that we put new drive gears on before beans and the gears are worn out already Anyone have an ideas Thanks

Timing would be the first and only thing to come to my mind.

Never done one that new but, I do remember loosening the three bolts on each accelerator roll bearing flanges and positioning the roll shafts such that the gear lash wasn't tight, but also wasn't wide/loose. If you have had a failure of teeth, I'd imagine those shafts have been spread apart and the lash may be pretty sloppy, which could lead to early failures.

Those teeth are very hard,they take thousands of hours wear,the only time i see them fail is if something goes through the rollers,like a piece of steel or stone,and then a tooth or two will be sheared. Otherwise maybe your rollers aren’t timed and are fouling causing damage.

Check timing first. Then gear lash. Could be a bent shaft but you can see that in the gear lash also. Could also be a bearing. Had a 62 one time that had a key way messed up.
