Any tips for resetting the door on a stubborn rock trap?  Already broke the factory wrench I know it goes shut with the extended shaft and then lock in place with the short shaft there is a hole on the main frame below the door in a pinch could a bolt be placed in the hole to keep it shut?  I know i will loose my safety running out of ideas

An N-5 (depending on the age) could have an old original door, (which hung on the front of the concave) or it may have been updated to the newer (and much improved) door, that was independent of the concave. Regardless, there can be zero trash or fodder hanging loose in that area. If there is, you will have difficulty getting the door to latch. Using the front hex shaft, slam the door open and closed several times. Give it your best shot and slam it shut really good AND HOLD IT THERE and have someone else try and latch it. So, it takes two wrenches and two people. Can't help[ you any more than that not knowing what door you have. Also, if the door is sprung from damage, it would give you a problem closing it.
