I bought a D12 Series 3 a while back and I am finally getting around to doing some work on it. It has a three-point hitch, but the lift arms are cobbled up. The lift arms are 34" long and someone welded a piece at the very back to attach the adjustment (lift) arms, which I know is wrong. I am wondering if the list arms I have are the right length (34") and if anyone knows where the adjustment arms should attach to the bottom lift arms. Here are a couple pictures.   |

lets say the pin was suppose to be at 24 inches ... and they welded the NEW point to 32 inches ( from the anchor under the rear end).... 32/24 = 133% ( 33% MORE)........ I would guess they had some HEAVY 3 point tool and wanted MORE LIFT POWER to raise it.. Moving the pin BACK will give you MORE LIFT POWER... but less TOTAL LIFT INCHES..
