I just ordered a pair of Carlisle implement tires for my CA. It is used for mowing my yard and with   three rib front tires it would cut into the lawn when turning sharp. I am hoping with the implement tires to avoid this. Does anyone else have implement tires on their CA and what do they think of them? Thanks, Tim

Not implement tires but I have 'trailer' tires on the front of my CA-1. Did that for the exact same reason as you. Yes, it helped a ton! The tri-ribs cut up the yard pretty good, car tread does not, (as bad).

I modified D15 rims and put 6 x 16 inch implement tires on my B with WOOD mower... Works great in the grass.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

Thanks for the responses. I had a pair of foam filled three rib tires on it which I switched to my wide front CA. I use it for brush hogging and everything else. Would it be wise to put Slime in the new front tires or just leave them alone. I put Slime in my zero turn mower and have yet to have a flat.

IBWD, those trailer tires you have on your CA?? Can you tell me what size they are? And the rims?? Did you have to alter them to get them to bolt up?

the rims on a B-C-CA are 15 inch, 4.5 inch bolt pattern... normal rims are 3 inches wide for 5 inch tire............. You could put TRAILER RIMS on that were 5 x 15 inch with 4.5 inch bolt pattern and then use 6 -7-8  inch tires ( 175 - 205 mm) .... or similar  ...... CENTER HOLE 2-3/4 inch or bigger..

tap the right  or left brake a little when turning hard will take a lot of the push out of the front

Tom, they bolted right up. Guessing Steve got your question answered. I've been on vacation in Canada and didn't have internet or would have replied earlier.
