Just got home from having a wonderful breakfast and chat with Lou.  After more than 20 years on this forum for each of us, and only living about 12 or 14 miles from each other, we finally got to meet face-to-face.  It was a pleasure getting to finally meet him.  I wish we had done this years ago.  He is a true gentleman, and I am glad I can call him my friend.

Thank you for the breakfast and nice morning, Lou.  We need to do this again soon.

Ray

Good deal!! I myself have not had the opportunity to meet any forum members face to face, yet. Did speak one time with Joe from NM on the telephone, years ago.
So, what was for breakfast?
My all time favorite breakfast is; eggs over easy, hash browns(shredded style), sausage links, rye or whole wheat toast w/butter(no margarine). Take the eggs and plop on top the hash browns and stir them together, the yolk and hash browns are wonderful.

I tried to follow the science, but it was not there. I then followed the money, and that’s where I found the science.

Yes, I'll have to call Dave and see if we can make that work.  He lives in Warrendale, so we may have to find a place closer to me, more centrally located for him.

I'm also hoping to someday soon drive a couple hours north to Albion and meet up with Sugarmaker.  I'll have to drag you along for that ride.

There's definitely some folks on here I'd love to sit and chat with for a while.  Breakfast, burgers, coffee, beer, I don't care, I'm flexible in that regard!  Seems there's been a few somewhat close to possible meetings, but never quite got too far.  Guess I have met Ivan from Sumerix.  My son met another member's wife to get some seed a few years ago.  Another member and I were talking about setting something up in a hotel conference room or something for a MI members gathering.......Don't see myself ever getting to a Hutch or anything like that.  Who knows.
