I have the injector pump pulled off of my wd 45 diesel to determine if it possibly has a stuck shaft. The tractor has sat for quite a while and the engine may also be stuck. I didn't want to try turning the motor over until I pulled the pump. My question is if the pump is not stuck how much effort does it take to rotate the pump? Would I be able to turn it by hand?
