My B tractor 1/2 came with swivel brackets that serve as parking brakes. However, these won't work on an ib. Did the ib have a parking brake feature?

Yes, The IB has a hand lever that pusher the foot brakes forward.

Hud, i looked and the lever off the IB will not work on a C or B... The IB has a 1/4 inch thick plate bolted to the final drive housing and pointing forward for the C-channel frame to mount to.  The parking brake lever is mounted to that plate and pivots on a bolt about 4 inches below the 2 x 2 box section that the brake pedals mount to... This plate is not on the B or C... On the IB, the lever is connected to a return spring. Also has a cross plate and sets under the right brake pedal and pushes the pedal forward and you pull the lever back... here is a picture.. not real clear.
