i write everything down on a paper and keep it in the drawer... 20 different sites , 3 or 4 different names, ... 4 or 5 different passwords, ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

Well,,,being as that I'm gettin along with years,,,I started to write down all the sites I want to keep,, Emaail,, user name , password, and any other info that want for their site,,,AND,,,,AND,,,all my passwords are NOW at least 16 characters long with all kinds of numbers letters and characters,,,,!! Since I got hacked a few months ago,, they took ALL my contacts, Emails, addresses and all my info !!!! I worked with Microsoft Techs and they took remote control of my PC and after two hours he "found" most of my emails in a folder that the hacker had locked em in but MS never could get all my Emails that I had a lot of notes and chit! Microsoft kinded chided me on my passwords being so DANG easy to break into and they suggested in 16 characters MINIMUM from now on. I'll tell youse guys,,,it is very stressful when them AH's disrupt your private life and steal chit without any way for you to get back at them. MS did tell me that MS would continue to track them down and their first indication was that this hacker had originated in,,,Maine,,,by way of Calgary, Canada,,,how in the heck is a person ever gonna locate them yourself,,,,?? Best Bet is to make it so hard for them to NOT be able to access your files,,,,,

yeah, til the doc changes meds on you......  the 'trick' to passwords is to figure out ONE that satisfies 99.44% of all sites. Some combo of upper case,lower case,numbers and special characters. did that decades ago. you don't NEED different passwords for every site you go on.... ------------- 3 D-14s,A-C forklift, B-112 Kubota BX23S lil' TOOT( The Other Orange Tractor) Never burn your bridges, unless you can walk on water |

My Granddaughter got me a password book for Christmas and it works great. I write everything with pencil so I can erase and change when ever I need to.

the 'trick' to passwords is to figure out ONE that satisfies 99.44% of all sites. Some combo of upper case,lower case,numbers and special characters. did that decades ago. you don't NEED different passwords for every site you go on. that works fine if your going from ALLIS to FORD to HOME EMPROVMENT sites... When someone HACKS that and gets into your VISA or BANK account, its not good.... DIFFERENT passwords for "SPECIAL" sites. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |

After retiring from my 31 year regular job,,,,I started a consulting project for BP America in SE Texas and they would give us a daily log book bout 8" by 2" and is perfect for all my internet passwords and address and is big enough to not get hidden under all the chit on my computer desk,,,,,,,, "IF" you ever get hacked,,,,I guarantee,,you will change all your passwords to 20 charactors minimum,,,,,,then you will get you a dedicated book to hide em in,,,,
