Does anyone know what engine oil filter is in the ED-40?

you have the RIcardo 2.3 diesel motor ... right ?

Your filter is a steel canister with a replacement element inside ???

Thanks Steve, yeah that looks right.

Il see if they ship to the UK and if so how much.

Also, do you know what oil to use? One website says 10w30 and another says 15w40.

Not sure what’s going to be best?

you might GOOGLE or check local auto store for  "LF684" filter..  there may be a "cross reference" to something similar in England...

Most people in the STATES that have diesel engines use 15W40.... Nothing wrong with the 10W30 ... a little better if you have colder weather........  15W40 is specifically a DIESEL oil... 10w30 in the STATES can have a "Cx"  for diesel motors or a SF ( SH, SG, SJ... etc) if it is a gasoline motor..... Make sure you get the  "C-" spec if you use the 10w30.
