I need to change the hydraulic oil on my new to me I600 backhoe. I need to know how much oil to buy? I plan to drain the loader frame reservoir and the transmission reservoir. Are they separate of each other? Can they use the same type of hydraulic oul? Thank you in advance. |

Thad, im not much help, but our CASE 530 hoe/ loader has the frame full of oil. It takes about 10 gallons of universal tractor fluid....... The transmission is just like a farm tractor. Not part of the hydraulic system. I dont remember, but probably around 4 gallons, and it is the same universal fluid. ------------- Like them all, but love the "B"s. |
