 OK,,
   1. Bring 6 cups water to boil
   2. Add 4-6 sticks cinnamin and allow to boil til liquid turns mid to dark color
   3. turn heat off and add one tablespoon of pure Honey and mix well. (I used Manketo    Honey as it  suppossed to be the honey with the most medicinal quality)
   4. Add 1/3 teaspoon ginger and mix well.
   5. Squeeze two lemons and add the juice to the mix. You can store this in fridge and reheat when you get you another cup or take it cold. if you like.
   6. Drink a small cup of this once in the morning and once in the evening and almost guaranteed to chase your cough off in 2 - 3 days,,,this is amazing stuff!!

Not part of the recipe but I cheated and added a couple of Stevia packets and made it not be so dang bitter ,,,,,,

I like the "Night time cold and cough suppressant" that is Cherry flavor... Sell at Wal Mart or CVS / etc ..............About a spoonful will do it.

Like them all, but love the "B"s.

I got a buddy that came back from Desert Storm with a persistant cough... lasted about six years 'till he finally got tired of it...  he drank a whole lotta water for about two weeks, then ate the hottest foods he could get his hands on... made his eyes, ears, and nose run like crazy for three days.

After that, no cough.  I guess whatever was agitating his system, got washed out...

Ten Amendments, Ten Commandments, and one Golden Rule solve most every problem. Citrus hand-cleaner with Pumice does the rest.

Probably cost less of a fortune to just buy a box of tea bags. Celistial seasonings makes a mix like that you can get at walliesworld, got genseng in it to. Just the ticket for your E.D.
