only 236 hours??? the condition of the tractor sure makes it look true.

not a bad price, considering what a new tractor cost.

I wonder what the story is that that tractor has such low hours and looks almost new? Ryan

I’d like to know the story of the owner to.
Where’s the correct police. If it’s legit. Be a nice tractor to referee to.
Lots of pictures of the repainted rims.
It’s nice though. Hard to believe that low hours.

A lot of blue smoke from the exhaust for a low houred tractor.

Here is what I was told by someone who went and looked at it. This is the second owner, when he bought it, it had a non-working tach with 2300 - 2400 hours. The second owner, (the seller) put a new tach in, and used the tractor about 50 hours a year. Still, it is a really clean tractor.

the other thing that made me wonder was the wear marks on side of dash and console. Wouldn’t think 200 hours would have that. But I don’t know

That is a really sharp tractor!

We don't row crop but with wider tires and more weight it would do the job here.

The only thing I'm not too sure of is the JD steps.   I think the fit is wrong.   The top step is awkward, and the whole setup sticks out too far from the cab. I've used a New Holland three step on my 8070 that works and looks much better.

Thanks for posting it.

My Lord, a 35+ year old tractor with 236 hours is barely 6 weeks worth of work.  Amazing!

It's got nice rubber and dual hardware, but based on the pictures I'd say the selling price was probably double what it's worth.  Not sure what that decal is on the fiberglass hood, was the tractor special for some reason?  For example, the step on the right side is what the early 8050's had, was the tractor used for the Nebraska test trials or something like that which gave it added value to a collector?

Wondering why they widened out the rear inner wheels by installing bands in them. Drawbar support has a considerable amount of wear for 200 hrs it’s closer to 3000 like someone said above. If it was indeed that low hours why all the newer rubber I’ve got a 7060 with 3,600 hrs and it’s still sporting all 4 original tires on the rear.
