Hey everyone, hope everybody had some good holidays. I'm finally getting around to rebuilding the hydraulic pump for my early 190xt. The wear plates inside have some grooves wore in them and need replacing. The intermediate shaft, gears exploded and pushed metal through the pump. Pump did not lock up but did get metal pushed through it, thus the groves. I need to order a rebuild kit for it but there are no numbers or identifying marks that I can tell. I was wondering if someone could tell me what rebuild kit I should order. Cold weather is here and time to tinker with inside stuff. It was negative -8 here this morning. Thanks for any help/ info.

Seal kit is $80 per section, and each wear plate is $55. I just did mine last winter. I also replaced most of the gears, but it was some of the last gears in stock at that time thru agco. Maybe there's more since. A&i also quit making parts for those pumps as well.

The cast iron sections around the gears can be 'flipped' for a closer fit to the gears at discharge point unless they are really bad.

Thanks for the replies, I appreciate it. I would like to get the wear plates, seals and new bearings for this pump I have. The wear plates have small groves in them from small shavings passing through. The gears and plates themselves have no damage I can see. The bearings I figured should be done while I have it apart for piece of mind. Guess I'll start calling around to see if I can locate the seals wear plates and bearings. Thanks

From what I can see I will need a 24B006 kit plus the bearings. Does anyone know or think there would be any other parts I would need. Boy the kits are not cheap, must be gold plated. Lol

As far as the roller bearings go, if they are indeed worn, the needles can lay crooked in their bores. If they aren't really worn, the needles will be straight/square to the bores.

Thanks Dr Allis, the needles do lay a bit sideways when I turn them with my finger tip. I got a feeling they're worn. I think I'll just order new bearings from Sandy Lake at the same time as the overhaul kit. She says there is two different kits. One is 520.00 and the other is a lot cheaper but I need to order a different end seal. About 200.00 difference.
