Neighbor that made me angry last winter has set my deer season up for success,
Set his 250+/- sheep herd to the pasture overlooking my deer stand, last season was his horses, both with his protection dogs.
Sat since 4 am where could see the blotches of off white moving along the fence. Do not expect to see much if any deer this season.
Almost consider it a tasked event to ruin my hunting so he can buy my ground away. It gets bad enough will not offer to him but put on open market, perhaps a person that will let the ground go fallow cancelling the existing lease would buy it up, or one that would housing develop for the wealthier crowd, would be due desserts.

Saw a segment of 'NorthWoodsLaw' where a farmer was purposly running chainsaw, loud music, etc. to keep hunter from getting a deer. The wardens come in, film, and nail the farmer for 'obstruction of hunting' ......also nailed him for firing from the road.
don't know if the laws are similar where you hunt....

Can be cited for Wildlife harassment IF shining a flashlight on them even if NOT hunting here, as to what he does on his place, anything is legit as to re-pasturing HIS Animals as needed even if not needed.  Just 'Convenient' he HAD to re-pasture just before Deer Season and right dead center of a transition path feed ground to water and bedding areas.

Is why I've hunted that position since 2010 here.
