I'm trying to remove the steering clutch assemblies, the left side came right out but the right side doesn't seem to have enough clearance.I realize it only needs about 1/4" but I have about 1/16 AND IT WONT COMEOUT!!Any thoughts or advice would be appreciated. Thanks

probably junk in the splines of the drum preventing it from sliding over 100%.  just gotta keep working at it.
