7580 is black belly, first tractor of 1979. Top drive shaft already gone along with drawbar and mirrors. 8550 is a 1977. Radiator and drawbar are spoken for. Good fenders, has one updated driveline other is original. 1000 cast weights. | Does anyone want an excellent condition 8550 with a 350 Cummins conversion? It's time to move it out after 36 years on this farm. Hate to see it go as it has been a good tractor other than original engine problem. Have extra parts like top drive shaft - rebuilt, original mufflers (newer 4"), original clutch and bell housing parts and adapters for machining Cummins housing. A/C was redone a couple years ago and hasn't run since. I really hate to part it out because it has a fresh paint job and all the little things were fixed so it could do a lot of work for someone yet. Has always been in a shed since paint job. It seems that the engine, tires (4 new 20.8 x 38) and some other parts would be worth $20,000 so if I can get that I will sell it whole. Can't get pictures to post but if you want I can do it by email. |
