The last two days I've been trying to get my 200 set to 60 in tread witdh and I cannot seem to get it to the 60-in tread with and if I measure from the center of the front axle to the center of one of the front tires I'm coming up with 34 in is that normal.

The model 200 tractor is advertised to go down to 60 inch tread front and rear. That would be with the STANDARD equipment tires, which are 7:50 x 16's on the front and 16.9 x 34's on the rear. The front tires tread width is measured at the bottom where the tire touches the ground.  Any tire size different than these will probably result in an actual 62 to 64 inch tread I would guess.

My front tires are 11.50 x 16. Is it possible to get that size of a tire to work with 30in row's ?

I made my 200 down to 60" on center of tire using 11 x 15.  I had to cut a small piece off the ends of the front axle like one set of holes I think and the same off the end of the piece that the spindle is attached to on the inside end.  I have 16.9 x 38 tires on the rear and it is a cab tractor.  I may have the piece in the shop I cut off the inside portion as I see it from time to time.  Did mine 20 + years ago like this and have had no issues in 4500+ hrs....well with that part of the tractor anyways...

The closest I can get my rear tires is 31 in from center of tire to center of drawbar and I have 18.4x34s on the rear but I have an year-around cab.

Your front tires are only 12 inches wide and you can't make them go down 30 inch rows set at 64 or 66 inches center to center ??

I had a customer with a 7045. He wanted to cultivate 30" rows. I had to get him some 7.50 x 16 8 ply 3 ribs for the front and every year I would remove his 18.4x38 rears and mount 15.5x38 Goodyear tires on his rims. Goodyear 15.5x38 tires were taller than Firestone or Armstrongs. Not a cheap way but it worked for him. Every fall I'd put the 18.4x38's back on his rims.
