Got my new to me Freeman model 90 loader home yesterday.
She bolts right up.  The hyd cyl are 2" and I have only found
seal kits for the smaller cyl.  Anyone have part #'s for the 2" cyl?
I will have to fabricate the rear brackets.  The ones that came with it are for a WD45.

That loader side frame in your picture is not from a Model 90.

Model 90 is for a WD or WD-45 and are tubular.

What you have appears to be the correct side frame for a D-14, and would be a Model 140.

Hmmm, the data plate says otherwise.  The WD90 was a tube frame
but this is just a model 90.

Craig,
I have mounting brackets that might work for your loader.
However, they came from a Freeman loader mounted to a D17.

What size is the lower horizontal rectangular tube ?

These are 5.5x2.5 inches

That loader boom would originally been part of a complete loader package meant to be installed on a WD or WD-45. Thus the ID of Model 90.

It's predecessor was the Model 9.   There was no loader identified as WD90.

CA's had a Model 9, D-14 had Model 14, then Model 140. D-15 Model 15, then 150.

Gary

BTW WD, D-15, and D-17 used the same Boom.

hmmm, that's odd
The brackets that came off the D17 have a 2 3/4 x 5 1/4 opening which would be ample clearance for 2 1/2 x 5" tubing.
Are you sure about the 5.5 dimension?  2 1/2 x 5 1/2 is kinda odd size tubing too.

I checked again.  Those are correct.  No problem I think there are 2 mounting hole in the axle under the fender that are free to use.

Ok I was a little off.  I was measuring the bracket opening and not the tube.  The tube is 2.5 x 5.25.

On my D14 the rear mounting bracket goes on two mounts cast on the read of the axle.  They are bent at the mounting end at 90*, probably a little over an inch.  there are two bolt holes on either side.  Since those holes are vertical, it took me quite a while getting the dirt out of them.  My loader has a round tube frame, but I would suspect yours would mount the  same way.

From your picture I see you have a more pressing issue than mounting the loader!LOL

Yup same holes here.  That is what I will use.  The head was original.  Once off it was obvious it needed a complete valve job.  $500 later and I am ready to reinstall

SO I finally ID my 2 inch piston cylinders with my local dealers help.  The loader is a model 90 but the cylinders are from a model 170.  AGCO cannot help with seals but I found them online at Sealsales.com  If you need them they are as all sold EACH. so you need 2x VR2000X2500FF females, 2x VR2000X2500MF males and 6x VR2000X2500VF packings to do both cylinders
