The 4 way hazards work fine on tractor , but when you turn the knob to signal turning left the right side front hazard flashes as well.

Could the switch for left and right hand turn signal be bad?

If the problem is new on the tractor you've had for a while then possibly. I don't pretend to understand the switch circuit. But it reminds me of a similar problem I had when I worked at CEI building feed trucks. When positioning taillights in their new location, if the ground wasn't right it would do that same thing HTH
