A buddy of mine might buy this thing...what series is it? what do I need to check out? He said its pretty clean and runs and works....whats it worth? I dont know anything about any Allis Loaders....any help is greatly appreciated.

just sold a michigan 75a wich is alot like that witha gas motor and no glass for $3500

Scrap yard down the road from me has a unit similar but not same, has not moved in some time but still won't sell it(I asked).  Has 4 cyl. 4-71 Detroit in it but doesn't even try to start even with a good battery(from the yard hand), probably stripped the blower drive at some point and they left it.  Seems it has a smaller cab and more tapered to the top with only two front lamps.

machine look like a TL12 14 16 20
would need to know what
motor/transmission that in it ?
to narrow  it down
the thing i don`t like about it
when you lift the bucket your stuck
in the cab

I'd say it's a TL14. I'm sure you can read the number 14 on the bonnet.

on second look it mite be the
Allis Chalmers TL12 Tractomotive
with the suicide arms on those loaders
and the Michigan 75's and 125's.

Looked this up to check my memory; the TL-12 had the tilt cylinders back beside the engine with pipe links to the bucket.

the one in your pic looks smaller...as far as I know my buddy is going to buy it this weekend....I'll get some pics/info when he gets it home....any idea on weight of this thing? I might haul it for him.
