Third time in two weeks grass and brush fire smoke has laid down in our valley
Actually called county sheriff office to check if a fire been reported thus now know is from distant grass and brush fires.
First instance fire in Dent County some 50 miles away, second was from fires SW MO eastern OK and KS
Currently four fires in MO 8 in OK and Five in eastern KS where appeared misty or foggy this morning but is definitely smoke.

Noticed that too around here- the fire trucks go down the road about once a day , coming back from St Louis wensday from Beaufort to Linn there was smoke in the air , must have been a big one somewhere

Same here yesterday, they burnt off 80 acres south on here yesterday. Finally clearing up now.
