There’s a movie on Netflix. Called “Care A lot” (I think that’s it) where a woman runs a business doing this exact thing. Scary how someone could take advantage of someone.

First thing I thought of is that ... if family is involved, then the 'poachers' would not be able to catch these people off guard. Course that means family is honest too.
