Are the buildings at hutch where the vendors set up air conditioned? She can't seen to get an answer from anyone there. Thanks guys.

I do not believe the building with vendors is air conditioned . The one I went through was not but there may be another one that I do not know about. Usually pretty hot there in July.

only A/C i could find was in the cafe on the grounds, spent alot of time in there!

The vendor buildings are not air conditioned and the large doors remain open all day so there is usually a nice breeze passing through.
