I looked for the old Allis Chalmers Energy stock symbol (ALY), but can't find it. I see on past internet notes that Seaway energy purchased/merged/took over Allis back in 2011.  So does anyone know which current stock symbol is correct? Thanks

Its Seawell- maybe Archer, but last time I checked it wasnt a publicly traded stock - its headquartered in Switzerland or somewhere over there

The Reporting Person received 1.15 shares of Seawell Limited common stock for each share of Allis-Chalmers common stock owned."

SEAW ????? Says "NOTC: SEAW" and I think that means Norwegian Over the counter for trading

The merged companies of Seawell / Allis Chalmers Energy became ARCHER in 2011.
It is publicly traded on the Olso Sock Exchange under the ticker ARCHER.

Somewhere theres a write up of how Allis Chalmers Energy CEO Mikky W, - [ all foreign names] had overseas financial help to use Allis,s tax advantage to buy up small companies, merge them run them , then set it up for Seawell to buy it up and have it all for no compitionon
