The power of the lift arms is related to the health of the hydraulic pump. If the pump is up to snuff, any WD45 can lift so much it will raise the front wheels off the ground. A WD45 is capable of lifting a fully mounted 73 plow, which weighs 750 lbs and sticks out behind the rear wheels 8 feet. the question for you would be, what are you wanting to do ?? Any forklift is rated at 24 inches ahead of the drive wheels.

Just looking for options for a 3 point rotary cutter as I can't locate a replacement pull type cutter (old brillion, secondary shaft broke). Need to know lifting limits as weight of 3 point cutter will come into play.

One of the Allis Chalmers movies said that the WD45 could handle up to 1570 lb weight transfer through the traction booster system. So it must be able to stand that much weight, however in lifting something that heavy, I bet the front end would be off the ground.
The front of mine came off the ground and stayed off the ground going up hill pulling a B7100 kubota with loader with busted front spindle, of course that was using a boom pole , so the weight was farther back than it should be and it was a really big hill I had to pull it up, that Kubota would have went 1500 lb easy if not more, and it lifted it fine until the hill , but I pulled it up the hill with some one sitting on the hood and using the brakes to steer.
I know not very safe, but it’s all I had and it worked
