We are entering hurricane Delta. As of this time, winds at 35mph, gusts to 60 mph.I'm sure we will be loosing power again shortly. Hopefully, I will be back in less than 4 weeks this time. Have a safe day everyone. Think I am hunkering down now.

Just what in the hell did you folks down there do!?!?  Two in less than a month,  I've never heard of that happening in my lifetime.   I sure hope everyone heeded the warning information from the officials.  I hate it when the first responders have to risk their lives for people that tried to, but shouldn't have, stayed.  I worked for the National Weather Service, and those folks have to go back to work, while their houses sit in disrepair.  They did get back to work a few weeks back, but I haven't heard if they had to evacuate or not this time.  As long as they can get diesel, they can stay there.

Good luck to you people down there!

Well, On generator power now Winds of 100 mph so not terrible. As far as hurricanes are concerned, this one wasn't bad. The bad part was 17 inches of rain here in Iowa, La. I still have to drive through standing water to get out to highway, but doable if necessary. Nice sunny day today so hopefully water will recede soon. No flood damage at my house but very muddy and mosquitos are thick.

Bob, glad to hear you fared well through this one.   My daughter is in Alabama and they have a tornado watch and plenty of rain coming.   She's inland far enough she just gets the bad offshoot storms and wind.   Tons of big pines and other trees, so she often loses power for a while.
